Anita Barone

Barone appeared as Gail Cunningham, a chef in the Seinfeld Episode The Shoes from the fourth season. She wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. Barone was part of the crew for the television show Carol & Company in early 1990, along with actor Carol Burnett. Barone was also Carol Willick Ross Geller's ex-wife during the first time she appeared on Friends. Jane Sibbett was her replacement following Barone's departure from Friends to focus on a character that demanded more time. She starred on The Jeff Foxworthy Show for The first season (1995-1996) as well as in The War at Home from 2005 through 2007. Barone played co-star alongside Daddio in 2000. Barone is also credited on television, including Desperate Houswives Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline the City Party of Five The Larry Sanders Show. Barone was awarded the Methodfest Best Supporting Actress Award in 2005 for her part in the show One Last Ride. Barone started her role as the mother of Bella Thorne's CeCe Jones in 2010 three years after the conclusion in The War at Home. Matthew Glave played J.J. Jones who was the husband of the character played by Barone in two episodes.
